As light plays upon its surface, the dial emanates distinctive shades of deep blue, reminiscent of the night sky. With passing days, the moon glides across the dial’s starry surface in perfect synchrony. This wearable masterpiece is sure to captivate observers with its innate beauty and timeless allure. For those preferring a lighter backdrop, if unlocked, the Mother of Pearl model combines the ethereal glow of Mother of Pearl without foregoing the allure of an Aventurine ring.

The Skeleton Hands
The skeletonized hands were custom-designed to avoid obstructing the aventurine dial or mother-of-pearl moon. When these hands overlap, they form a unique triangle with dual luminescent areas, creating a distinctive spear-like shape. To maintain a balanced shine and not overshadow the brilliance of the aventurine dial or moon, a linear brushed finish was applied, and the hands were coated with gunmetal plating. Additionally, these hands are luminescent with Swiss Super-LumiNova® to aid legibility in low-light conditions.
The Slim Case
A 39.5mm case size was chosen as it suits the majority of individuals perfectly. With a total thickness of only 11mm, inclusive of the dome-shaped sapphire crystal, it appears even sleeker when worn due to the 2mm sapphire crystal and the curvature of the case back. To elevate the quality of the cases, a multi-polishing finish was embraced. Despite being a labor-intensive and costly process, LORESUM is committed to upholding a standard of continuity and excellence in their timepieces.
The LS04's bezel and diamond-cut edges boast a mirror finish, emanating a striking and sophisticated look. The remaining sections of the case showcase a blend of vertical and circular brushing techniques, creating a subtly compelling interplay of textures that imparts depth to the design. This distinctive approach delivers a luxurious aesthetic, distinguishing LORESUM's watches from other timepieces in the market.
The Miyota Movement
The Miyota 9015 movement is highly-regarded for its impressive range of features. Its slim and compact design allows the incorporation of the in-house moonphase module without sacrificing case thinness. Operating at a frequency of 4Hz, it delivers high precision and ensures accurate timekeeping. With 24 jewels strategically placed, it minimizes friction and enhances the movement's durability. The automatic winding feature enables hassle-free operation, eliminating the need for manual winding (though it can be hand-wound as well). A sweeping second hand adds a touch of refinement with its smooth and fluid motion. With a 42-hour power reserve, the Miyota 9015 eliminates the need for frequent winding. This reliability and feature set make this movement a preferred choice for watch enthusiasts and renowned brands seeking exceptional timekeeping performance.
The Dome-shaped Sapphire Crystal
Continuing the tradition set by LS01, LS02, and LS03, the LS04 incorporates sapphire crystal both for its dome-shaped front and exhibition case back. The front boasts a custom 2mm dome-shaped sapphire crystal, precisely carved from a 3mm sapphire crystal, resulting in a costly yet stunning outcome. This process contributes to the watch's remarkably slim profile.
Sapphire crystal features an exceptional hardness rating of 9 on the Mohs scale, placing it just below diamonds. This characteristic makes it highly resistant to scratches and abrasions, providing robust protection against daily wear and tear. The material's durability ensures enhanced safeguarding of the intricate inner mechanisms of the timepiece, translating into long-lasting performance and confirming that the LS04 will endure the test of time.
The Extra Padding Leather Strap
The LS04 offers a range of high-quality strap options, just like the LS01, LS02, and LS03 models. The standard choice is a genuine calf leather strap, offering both durability and a comfortable feel against the skin. Comfort is paramount when it comes to a watch strap. That's why bespoke tooling techniques were employed to add extra padding. This subtle enhancement not only provides a plush feel against the skin but also ensures a snug fit, making it the perfect companion for all-day wear.
All straps are designed with quick-release spring bars that allow for easy removal and replacement. No additional tools are required. Simply push and hold the pin in the unlock position, remove or insert the strap into the watch's lugs, and release. This user-friendly feature makes it effortless to switch between different styles to suit preferences and occasions.
