Design Philosophy: This chronograph follows the Bauhaus principle of "form follows function." The pusher at 2 o'clock is the same signal color as the large chrono hand and the left-hand totalizer (stop minute), emphasizing their connection.

Scratch-Resistant Sapphire Crystal: The slightly curved and double anti-reflective sapphire crystal ensures a clear view.

Movement Details

This watch features the Seiko VK64 Mecha-Quartz movement, a special quartz chronograph movement with crisp pusher feel and smooth sweeping hand motion. The chronograph hand jumps in 1/5 second increments and all chronograph hands reset instantly to zero, mimicking a mechanical chronograph. The date window is also larger due to this movement.

Quick-Release Strap System

The watch supports a quick-release strap system:

Slide the spring bar pin inward.

Pull the strap down.

Slide the pin inward again and insert one end of the spring bar into the hole of the watch case to replace the strap.
